The long awaited H1N1 virus mist is in Kern County, but not everyone will be able to get one.

In Oildale Friday, the nasal mists are distributed on a first-come first-serve basis.

The county has acquired 450 of the H1N1 vaccines and they will be administered to the public today from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Coronado Baptist Church at 516 Norris Road next to the veterans hall.

Flu shots will only be administered to those between the ages of 2 and 18.

They must be healthy and not pregnant.

The shots are also for healthy caregivers for infants under six months old between the ages of 2 and 49 years old.
