Secret Witness Offers Reward For Finding Joseph Loverdee Foster's Killer

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- The Secret Witness Program is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of a criminal complaint against those responsible for killing Joseph Loverdee Foster.Officers were called to the Emerald Glen Apartments at 3 p.m. February 28, 2010, where 19-year-old Foster was found dead.Neighbors living below the man's apartment told ABC 23 they heard nothing out of the ordinary, just what sounded like something being dropped on the ground.
They say Foster lived with his girlfriend and niece and was friendly.Deputies said Foster was found bleeding from the head.The Emerald Glen Apartments have a history of violence. In February 2009, Joshua Turner was shot and killed there. In November 2008, David Camberos, 19, was murdered there.And in February 2006, Perry Robinson, 14, was shot and killed just outside the apartment's fencing.
