Officers were informed by hospital security that a man believed to be Davis called for a taxi and was picked up by a local cab company.Sgt. Mary DeGeare said the Police Department Communications Center contacted the cab company and were advised the subject was dropped off at the intersection of 8th Street and Union Avenue.Officers responded to the 800 block of Union Avenue and said they located Davis walking south bound on the west side of the road way.Davis was arrested on charges of first-degree murder, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
