California State University, Bakersfield's Theta Chi fraternity will hold a barbecue and carnival on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 1 to 7 p.m. in Runner Park, located on the northeast part of campus. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Bakersfield Homeless Center. Admission to the carnival is $5 per person and free for children under the age of 10. More
