Local BMX rider Kris Mulhause will be going for gold at the BMX World Championships later this month in Australia.

Mulhause is one of the favorites to win his division after finishing third last year at the World Championships in China.

Mulhause has been racing BMX since the age of five. The CSUB graduate says he may turn pro one day, but not until he finishes his teaching credential.
