Four CSUB Players Picked in Major League Baseball Draft

The Yankees selected former Roadrunner Zach Arneson

Four CSUB baseball players were selected during day two of the Major League Baseball Draft: Ryan McIntyre, Mike McCarthy, Jeremy Rodriguez, and Martin Medina.

-McIntyre to the Marlins in the 12th Round.

-McCarthy to the Red Sox in the 14th Round.

-Rodriguez to the Padres in the 16th Round.

-Medina to the White Sox in the 20th Round.

Former CSUB, BC, and Liberty High School pitcher Zach Arneson, who's now at Lewis & Clark College, went to the Yankees in the 9th Round.

The A's picked Centennial High School product and Fresno State slugger Dusty Robinson in the 10th round. Robinson is the WAC player of the year.
