Houston hotel offers Manti Te'o Special

HOUSTON, Texas - The 'Manti Te'o Special' is being offered by a Houston Quality Inn after recent events.
The sign reads 'Imaginary friends stay free', after reports of a hoax that involved an imaginary girlfriend.
Te'o was apparently in an online relationship with assumed, Lennay Kekua.
According to Te'o, Kekua died in September of leukemia.
After investigating, school officials and others learned that Kekua wasn't dead because she never existed.
Media and sports fanatics questioned whether Te'o was aware of the nonexistent Kekua in order to promote himself, or if he was just a victim of a terrible hoax.
