BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - BC, whose first appeal was denied by the Southern California Football Association, has decided to appeal this time with the California Community College Athletics Association.
The appeal to the CCCAA is an attempt to once again present arguments given in the first appeal, in addition to attempting to show the SCFA wasn't fair and "lacked fundamental due process".
BC was alerted its initial appeal was denied on June 24.
The school was stripped of its 2012 state title and all wins from the 2011 and 2012 seasons were vacated.
