BC baseball takes down Valley

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield College baseball team fell behind 1-0 in the fourth inning but scored five unanswered runs over the course of four innings to get a 5-1 win over L.A. Valley Tuesday afternoon at Gerry Collis Field.

Renegades pitcher Brad Lindsley scattered eight hits over eight innings to get the win (4-2) while teammate Sean Deweese got the save.

BC improved to 19-8 overall and 11-4 in Western State Conference Play.  Valley fell to 5-21-1, 4-11.
