BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield College men's basketball team played well down the stretch and held on for a 69-66 defeat of Santa Monica College Wednesday night at Gil Bishop Gymnasium.
The Renegades led by seven with under two minutes to go in the contest and held on for the win in the Western State Conference Opener for both squads.
