BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield College football team turned in a huge team effort in the team's 35-14 victory last Saturday over City College of San Francisco to win the state title.
The offense dominated by taking a 28-7 lead into the half and the defense turned the screws on the Rams by forcing four turnovers and getting five sacks.
During the team's nine-game winning streak, the defense allowed an average of 13 points per game.
