BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Christian boys basketball team turned a nine-point halftime lead into a 69-43 rout of Kennedy Monday night at BCHS.
Both teams entered action in a three-way tie for second place in South Sequoia League play but with the help of consistent outside shooting from the Eagles Sam Berkshire, BCHS went on a 10-5 run midway through the second half to extend its lead to 15 on the way to the easy win.
