BHS Gets Volleyball Win In SWYL Play

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield High volleyball team got its first win in Southwest Yosemite League play when it defeated Independence in three games Thursday night at BHS.
BHS was coming off a loss in SWYL play to Liberty at home Tuesday night and dominated play from start to finish against the Falcons.
Independence, off to an 0-2 start in league play, fell to 14-4 overall.
