Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno State baseball team scored four runs in the third inning on its way to a 7-3 defeat of Cal State at Fresno Tuesday night.
Both teams were opposing each other for the fourth and final time this season, as the Roadrunners had won the three previous meetings.
Fresno State went ahead 1-0 in the third inning on a sacrifice fly from Jodan Luplow, which scored Kevin Viers.
The Bulldogs got their next two runs to take a 3-0 lead on a double to dead center off the bat of Trent Garrison, scoring Aaron Judge and Jordan Brink.
