BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Cal State women's soccer team lost in overtime, 1-0, to Utah Valley State.
On a day which reached triple digits, the Wolverines Lexi Felis received a pass and got the header past Roadrunners goalie Tori Ornela in the right corner of the net just four minutes and four seconds into overtime.
Neither team mounted much of an attack for the first 90 minutes, however, Felis received a crisp pass from teammate Regan Benson to end the contest.
The Roadrunners continue their season on Thursday, October 11, when they travel to Texas to take on UT-San Antonio.
