BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Garces guard Rashad Jackson had a team-high 23 points, the Rams took a 10-point first quarter lead and hung on to defeat Highland, 64-53, Friday night at Garces.
Jackson hit several key shots to keep Highland at bay and get the Southeast Yosemite League win over the Scots.
With the win, Garces moves into sole possession of second place in the SEYL, a game and a half behind first-place East.
