BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Liberty High is hoping to slow down the machine that is the Bakersfield High football team Friday night.
The two teams meet at BHS in the Southwest Yosemite League opener for both teams.
Liberty is coming off a bye week, preceeded by a home loss to Ridgeview in its last outing.
BHS heads into the matchup riding an 18-game winning streak.
