BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong admitted he used Performance-Enhancing Drugs in an interview Monday with Oprah Winfrey, eliciting a reaction from one local cycling enthusiast in Bakersfield.
ActionSports owner Kerry Ryan commented on the fallout from Armstrong's admission for the sport and those close to him.
Armstrong also apologized earlier in the day to his Livestrong Foundation workers for the trouble he's caused the foundation, but didn't admit to using any PEDs to the workers.
