BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - CSUB pitcher Jeff McKenzie, named WAC Player of the Week on March 11, liked it so much he was named to the award again on Monday.
McKenzie was recognized for his shutout performance last Friday night's 12-0 win over Northern Colorado.
McKenzie had a no-hitter through five innings and wound up throwing a four-hitter, with 11 strikeouts to help the Roadrunners to the weekend sweep of the Bears.
The senior hasn't allowed an earned run in his last 19 2/3 innings.
