BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Cal State pitcher Jeff McKenzie had a no-hitter through five innings and wound up with a complete-game four-hitter in the Roadrunners 12-0 whitewash of Northern Colorado Friday night at Hardt Field.

McKenzie's no-no was broken up by a single from the Bears Joe Love in the sixth inning.

However, that didn't stop McKenzie from striking out 11 Bears on his way to recording his second consecutive shutout of the year.

Roadrunners catcher Cael Brockmeyer chipped in with three RBIs to give McKenzie plenty of cushion to do his work.
