NTSB wants to lower legal blood alcohol level

CALIFORNIA -  

The National Transportation Safety Board unanimously voted on Tuesday to recommend that states reduce the legal blood alcohol limit to .05 from .08.
Research shows the lower level would save thousands of lives a year, and it would put the US in line with standards used in most of the industrialized world.
