Well known for corn, Huskers fans, and of course beef, Nebraska offers hundreds of tempting restaurants, where you can enjoy more than the best beef in America. Swing by one the following can't-miss restaurants:

OMAHA Prime (Omaha). Some of the best steaks in America come from Omaha. If you want to visit one of Omaha's best steakhouses, look no further than OMAHA Prime. Located at 415 S. 11th St., OMAHA Prime is a AAA, three diamond restaurant serving prime cuts of beef, including roast prime rib and filet mignon. It also serves notable lobster tails and lamb chops.

FireWorks Restaurant (Lincoln). One can't talk about Nebraska without mentioning more than one great steakhouse and the FireWorks Restaurant is certainly great. According to the reviews from TripAdvisor.com, FireWorks has fantastic service, an upscale atmosphere and awesome food. It is located at 5750 S. 86th Drive.

The Lil Burro Mexican Restaurant (Bellevue). If you're in the mood for Mexican, look no further than this restaurant located at 29th Ave. and Capehart Road. At The Lil' Burro Mexican Restaurant, you'll find house specialties such as chicken chipotle pizza and tequila chicken tacos. You'll also find classics such as tamales and fajitas. Don't forget to round out the meal with classic dessert favorites such as flan and sopapilla.

Andy's on First (Fremont). According to the reviews at Boorah.com, Andy's on First offers excellent food and service. Located 102 N. Main St., this great restaurant serves fine Italian food in a casual setting. With classic dishes such as veal scallopini and manicotti, any lover of Italian food is bound to be pleased with Andy's on First.

Alley Rose (Kearney). If you're looking for elegant dining or a romantic evening with your sweetheart, Alley Rose is the perfect restaurant. According to the reviews found at Dine.com, Alley Rose has great service, is a great place for a date, and is perfect for special occasions. Located at 2013 Central Ave., Alley Rose features such delightful dishes as garlic shrimp saute, black cherry pork chops, and even champagne salmon.
