Bakersfield, Calif. - We topped out in the low and mid 80s today but warmer weather is on the way. Many valley locations will hit the mid 90s by Thursday before gradual cooling returns for the weekend. High temperature records won't be broken but we'll be running 10 degrees above average by the tail end of this week.
