Two people found with stab wounds in Oildale

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Two people are in the hospital this morning after a stabbing in Oildale.
On August 22, at about 10:00 p.m., the Kern County Sheriff's Office went to the 200 block of Francis Street regarding a report of a woman screaming for help.
When deputies arrived, they said they found 47-year-old Shannon Sales of Bakersfield, suffering from an apparent stab wound to the abdomen.
Deputies also found 34-year-old Wesley Housley of Bakersfield, who was suffering from a cut on his face.
Sales and Houseley were taken to a hospital for treatment.
