BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — There is a reason to celebrate, for one local business just announced its plans to bounce back, after closing in 2013.

King Leo's, which some residents call the "King of Pizza," announced on social media that it is returning to East Bakersfield on Sunday.
