BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The popular In-N-Out Burger chain is adding a third Bakersfield location. The new restaurant will be at 7985 Rosedale Highway in the former Coco's Bakery Restaurant location.

According to Bakersfield Planning Director Paul Johnson, the company has submitted an application for that location and has received conditional approval.

The company is currently addressing city development standards and building code requirements.

A date for when the new location will be open was not available.

In-N-Out Burger currently has locations on Stockdale Highway and Panama Lane.
