BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Makeup chain Ulta Beauty is opening a new shop in the Northwest Promenade, according to a new billboard.

The sign recently popped up, however it is not yet clear where in the promenade the store will be located.

There are a few empty locations, including where Babies R Us and Dress Barn used to be.

This will be the second Ulta location in Bakersfield. The other is located at the Marketplace in Southwest Bakersfield.
