BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Providence Strategic Consulting, Inc. is offering a $200 prize in a photo contest meant to help local businesses.
The grand prize is $200 in gift cards to local restaurants to encourage the community to get out and support small businesses in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Our goal with #LiftUpBakoBiz is to support the local businesses in Bakersfield,” Tracy Leach, president and CEO of Providence said.
To participate in the contest, simply take a photo while supporting a local business, post it publicly on Facebook and use the tag #LiftUpBakoBiz. Providence will post the photos on their Facebook page and the photo with the most likes will win the prize.
The entry deadline is April 15 and a winner will be announced on April 21.
