BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A local hotel in Southwest Bakersfield is now up for auction following it's foreclosure.
The 183-room Days Inn Hotel on Real Road will be available for bids starting Monday, December 9. The auction will run until Wednesday, Dec. 11.
The hotel includes a banquet space as well as a restaurant. Amenities include a swimming pool, business center, and meeting rooms. It is also located less than two miles from the Mechanics Bank convention center and arena.
