SACRAMENTO, Calif. — If you’ve been thinking about a winter getaway, now might be the time to buy your tickets. Southwest Airlines is “Sale-ebrating” California with prices for a one-way ticket as low as $29, ABC10 reported.
For fliers in Sacramento, the $29 fares are available on flights to the following cities:
- Burbank
- Long Beach
- Los Angeles
- Ontario
- San Diego
The sale does not include flights to/from Orange County, so if you are planning on a Disney trip you will need to fly into one of the other Southern California airports to get the sale price.
As with most airline sales, the lowest prices won’t be available on all flights or all days. The sale fares are available between Jan. 7 and March 4, 2020. You will need to book your ticket by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2019.
The best deals are specifically on flights within the state of California but several other destinations from Sacramento are on sale for about $100 or less, including Las Vegas.

The current sale does not include Hawaii flights. Southwest launched flights between Sacramento and Honolulu, Hawaii in November. The airline is scheduled to add direct service between Sacramento and Maui starting in March.
