(KERO) — Even with recent layoffs in tech and retail, there are still a lot of job openings across the country.
Data shows more people are earning a paycheck and not needing federal assistance, the Labor Department reported first-time claims for unemployment benefits fell by six thousand last week.
That's the lowest it's been in more than three months, and even lower than economists expected.
