Bakersfield Police officials said a man is arrested after he was involved in a kidnapping on Thursday afternoon.

Officials said the incident happened on the 1000 block of 8^th St. 

The suspect was just taken into custody in the 4300 block of Vern St. 

Victim was located with him and appears to be uninjured.  Both were adults.
