Bakersfield Police officials said a man is arrested after he was involved in a kidnapping on Thursday afternoon.
Officials said the incident happened on the 1000 block of 8th St.
The suspect was just taken into custody in the 4300 block of Vern St.
Victim was located with him and appears to be uninjured. Both were adults.
