Caught on camera: Police search for stabbing suspects

A clerk was stabbed on Wednesday night after 11 p.m. at the Mobil Gas Station on Union Avenue and 19th Street. The owner of the gas station, Boun Ly, says they deal with a lot of theft but rarely any violence. This time the entire incident was caught on surveillance video. 

Ly says that the clerk has been released from the hospital and only suffered minor injuries.

Bakersfield Police are now searching for the two suspects. Police describe them as Hispanic men. One of them 5 foot 3 inches,160 pounds, and was wearing a black shirt and dark jeans. The second suspect described as 6 foot, wearing a white shirt and shorts. 

Officials are asking if you have any information about the incident or the suspects to call BPD at 327-7111.
