A man accused of killing a TSA officer and wounding three others at Los Angeles International Airport in a November 2013 shooting will plea guilty, KABC-TV in Los Angeles reported.
Sun Valley man Paul Ciancia opened fire with a semiautomatic rifle inside Terminal 3 with the intent of targeting LAX officers as he made his way into the gate area, according to authorities.
Ciancia is expected to plead guilty to 11 counts against him in the plea agreement, ABC7 reported. The agreement states Ciancia will not receive the death penalty from prosecutors.
