Bakersfield police responded to reports of shots fired on Sunday around 10:48 p.m.
BPD found a victim suffering from a minor gunshot wound on South Tulare Street. Police say the victim may have been shot when a car approached him and got into a verbal argument with the people in the car.
No suspect information has been released, and the investigation is pending.
