Bakersfield police were investigating a peace disturbance at a Chevron in Southwest Bakersfield Saturday morning.
The incident happened around 11 a.m. near White Lane and Wible Road.
There were two people inside a car. The passenger was reportedly hanging outside the window and fighting with the driver. The driver was driving erratically.
Both were arrested. The driver was arrested for DUI related charges and the occupant was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
