Woman's Boyfriend Accused Of Killing 3-Year-Old

Man Accused Of Killing 3-Year-Old James Fanshier

Deputies arrested the boyfriend of a woman who deputies said killed her ex-boyfriend's 3-year-old son.

The KCSD said James Fanshier, 3, was found not breathing in a home and died, and the coroner said the manner of death was multiple blunt-force injuries.

Detectives determined the child had been living with his biological father’s ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend, 25-year-old Dustin Wedel, at the time of his death.
