BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield's first hot pot restaurant is opening in Bakersfield this month.

According to Hot Pot Spot's Facebook page, the Asian cuisine will be "opening soon" at 1525 18th Street in Downtown Bakersfield.

There is a Hot Pot Spot located in San Francisco and is known to offer a variety of ingredients including noodles, vegetables and meats that you can boil in a simmering pot of soup stock at your table.

Hot Pot Spot's website said that the restaurant hours will be Monday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
