Retail sales to reach as high as $960 billion despite inflation

Posted

(KERO) — High inflation doesn't seem to be keeping people from doing their holiday shopping.

The National Retail Federation expects holiday retail sales to reach as high as $960 billion. That would easily beat last year's record of $889 billion.

Experts say one of the best ways to avoid spending too much is to pay with cash. That way the shopper will be forced to stop when the cash runs out.
