Charr Davenport joined the 23ABC News team in August of 2022 as a Digital Content Producer.

She went to Bakersfield College, where she obtained two Associate's degrees, one in Journalism and one in Liberal Arts.

Prior to working at 23ABC News, Charr was a video game journalist for UK-based gaming news publication GameGrin.com, as well as GameOn Magazine. If you catch her on a good day (or any day), she may give you an impromptu review of whatever game is popular at that moment.

Charr was also a concert photographer prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and has photographed bands such as Flora Cash, Slothrust, IDKHBTFM, Black Flag, FrnkIero and the Patience, The Frights, Taking Back Sunday, and more.

In her free time, you can still occasionally find her in a mosh pit.
