The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile.

Charlotte Brownen was last seen on January 13, at 11 a.m. on Belle Avenue.

Brownen is considered at risk due to no prior history of running away. Brownen is described as, a white teen, 14 years old, 5’3”, 100 pounds with short black hair with a blue highlight, blue eyes, glasses and unknown clothing description.
