(UPDATE 3:30 PM) Bakersfield Police said, thanks to quick public tips, 13-year-old Noelia Zavala has been located and found safe.

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating missing juvenile Noelia Zavala, she is considered at-risk due to a medical condition and history of running away.

Zavala was last seen September 9, at 7:40 P.M., in the 600 block of El Prado Drive.

Zavala is described as a Hispanic female, 13-years-old, 5’5”, 105 pounds, black hair, black eyes, braces, a two-inch scar on her right cheek, wearing a black and white football jersey, jean shorts, black leggings, black and white Converse shoes, and an unknown colored backpack
