BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department needs the community's help in finding a missing 16-year-old boy, who is considered at-risk due to no prior history of running away and a medical condition.
According to police, Philip Velasquez was last seen on November 29 at 5:30 p.m. on Dobrusky Drive in central Bakersfield.
Police describe Velasquez as a Hispanic male, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds with a mustache and wearing a dark-hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white Air Force 1 shoes.
