BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office is currently searching for a missing, at-risk, 69-year-old man.
Donald Rocky Allen was last seen at 5:00 am Monday. He has medical issues and needs medication.
KCSO says he fled on foot from a residence in the 100 block of Cortez Court.
He's described as a white man, 5'6" in height, 165 pounds, and was wearing a black beanie, green jacket, and jeans.
