CHP: Man from Tulare County who was reported missing has been found

UPDATE: The CHP says Antonio Contreras has been found.

The California Highway Patrol is asking for help from the community in finding a missing at-risk person.

Antonio Contreras was last seen Thursday morning in a white Mazda in Visalia Tulare County.

Contreras is 69 years old, is 5-foot-9, weighs 185 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes.

He is believed to be wearing an orange Harley Davidson t-shirt, a green military style jacket, and a hat.

He's believed to be driving a white Mazda B2200 with a California license plate reading 4M71345.

The CHP says he suffers from a medical condition and could become disoriented.

The Silver Alert is for Tulare, Fresno, Kings and Kern counties.
