CHP and Kern County fire crews are on scene of a fatal crash involving at least two cars on SB Highway 99 at Highway 223.
CHP has shutdown the southbound lanes as fire crews help three victims that are injured. One person has reportedly been killed.
It's unclear what caused the crash.
