BAKERSFIELD, Calif — California is approaching one million cases of the coronavirus.
That would make California the second state to pass the mark after Texas reached it earlier this week.
11 counties were recently moved back in the state's reopening tier system as a result of coronavirus cases. According to John Hopkins University the United states has 10.4 million confirmed cases of the virus.
