BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Presiding Judge Judith K. Dulcich signed two standing orders today regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first being the closure of Kern County courthouses to the public, meaning, if you are not court ordered to stand before the judge, you will not be able to enter the courthouse.

The second being that all civil hearings in Departments 10, 11, 12 and 17 between April 1 and May 20 have been rescheduled for a later date.
