Kern County Public Works issues critical services update due to stay home order

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Amid COVID-19 concerns, Gov. Newsom issued a stay home order for the state of California. In his effort to slow the spread of coronavirus, he asked all nonessential services and functions cease. Kern County Public Works has responded to that order with a few changes to their available services.
