Bakersfield police officers arrested 16-year-old Miguel Angel Tinoco in connection with the murder of Moises Lopez that occurred on June 1, 2016 at 249 S. Union Ave.
Tinoco was also charged with attempted murder and gang participation.
Officials with the BPD said that they're continuing their investigation into the murder that occurred at the Green Hut Dispensary located at 249 S. Union Avenue.
During the investigation, Detectives identified two people that aided the suspect after the homicide occurred.
Detectives arrested Raquel Grajeda, 34 and Jose Rubio, 36 (36), both of Bakersfield, for being accessories to the crime after the fact and gang participation.
